Ideal Curves℠ Franchise Details
- NO COST for the device.
- NO COST to acquire a Franchise
- Franchisee will be charged $5 per minute for the Ultimate Contour™ device use.

There will be no charge to the franchisee for a patient’s first visit minutes use in the Ideal Curves system.

The franchise agreement includes a no-questions asked return policy.
- A lifetime manufacturer warranty, only excluding damages caused by the user.

Even though franchise markets will be limited to no more than one franchise per 100,000 population, there may be multiple
franchises in a geographical market.

Space to be able to accommodate 2 devices per location will be necessary.

Minimum daily client visit performance in order to maintain franchise status.

Additional aesthetic modalities are going to become available to franchisees.

Marketing
We have test marketed the Ideal Curves℠ device concept. Patient flow will not be difficult. Want to confirm our experience? Text or email your clients and offer them what we offered, as a “thank you”. Ask them if they would be interested. All positive responses – be prepared to set appointments. Then, at the end of their first visit, explain to them how many additional visits the patient needs, and offer them a discount for purchasing a package plan.
Patient Cost
The initial visit can be offered as “free”, or you can charge $100, with the guarantee to lose one inch off the circumference of the abdomen. At the first visit, the patient will register on a National Ideal Curves℠ Directory. This Directory mechanism will be cross-checked with every patient visit, to assure against any mis-use of a free visit proposition. Either way – free or $100, you will not be charged for the use those minutes.
